Operational Service Of Pantry

We are Providing tea / coffee, snacks and water to staff, guest and for meeting etc. For guests, the service should be provided within minimum time after order. For meeting, tea and coffee along with snacks is to be served at the time intimated. Information regarding the meeting will be told to the supervisor in the morning. Apart from tea/coffee it should be ensured that water is also kept for meeting.

Special Responsibilities

  • To provide a high level if service standard
  • Follow periodical cleaning schedules
  • Maintain hygiene standards by using proper cleaning product and procedure
  • Report any loss or damage, and aid in making periodical snag lists
  • Maintain & take care of all equipments
  • Continual patrolling of all areas to ensure a high degree of cleanliness

Utilities, Supplies and Materials

The Service Provider shall procure the cleaning material required for the service under this agreement with prior intimation to the company. The Company shall provide adequate supply of water and electricity for providing the services under this and shall also bear the cost of the same.
